Humidifying in clean room technology
| |
|
- Higher production speeds during realisation of high-technology products
- Fewer production breakdowns and a reduction in the volume of rejects
- Dust, precipitation and bacteria-free working processes
- Objective and subjective plant safety
Clean room technology is a field of engineering that deals with the protection of certain working areas and process against undesired external influences.
An important factor in clean room technology is minimising dust concentration in as far as possible. Contamination in the case of working processes can destroy or render products useless, or even have a debilitating effect on persons involved in the working process.
Increasingly strict industrial requirements lead to exceptional refinement of the technology and process techniques in many production branches.
However, considerably more exacting marginal production conditions must be maintained to meet the demand to produce top quality while simultaneously employing mass production methods. The need to keep production facilities free of dust and bacteria and maintain an exact relative humidity are therefore of crucial importance.
