Completely assembled unit consisting of:

Steam connection unit in spherical iron casting (GGG40), or high-grade stainless steel (AISI 304) with hermetically sealed, patented ceramic rotary disk valve with linear supply characteristics and primary steam trap.

Electric rotary actuator for regulated steam supply, ready-fitted to the steam connection unit, operating voltage 24VAC with security function.

Steam distribution system in stainless steel type DL40 with horizontal distribution pipe or type DR 73 with horizontal main pipe and vertical pipes to be determined by the geometry of the humidification duct, incl. condensate drain.

Nozzles made from stainless steel for uniform introduction of saturated steam into the air flow over the entire length of the pipe.
Lengths of the steam pipes according to the specified duct-widths.

Double / threefold coupling designed according to application.
